Greybox B.V. Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Greybox B.V.'s platform (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Greybox B.V. reserves the right to change the TOS at any time. 2. Description of Service

Greybox B.V. provides a cloud-based platform for real-time 3D design collaboration ("Greybox Platform"). Users can create, manipulate, and share 3D models and related content. Greybox B.V. does not warrant that the platform will meet all of your specific requirements and disclaims liability for any inaccuracy, failure, or error in content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 but at least 13 years old, you may use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Registration

To access some features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify Greybox B.V. immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Greybox Platform might, at any point in time, require a subscription. If required, by subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable and auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Abuse, harass, or threaten others.
• Upload, post, or distribute any unlawful, obscene, or defamatory content.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international law.

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your account without notice.

7. Content Ownership

Greybox B.V. does not claim ownership of any 3D models or content you create using the platform. However, by sharing content on the platform, you grant Greybox B.V. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Greybox B.V. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to use the Service.

9. Termination

Greybox B.V. may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these TOS. Upon termination, you lose access to all content associated with your account.

10. Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
